Important information and Pre Work

This course is a mix of pre-recorded videos and live training, you will need to access the pre-recorded videos at least 5 days ahead of each session. In order for the trainers to know you have watched the pre-recorded video portion, you will need to indicate this by clicking the ‘Mark Complete’ button.
